The strategies that Ron gave us have increased our retained earnings by approximately $250 000 a year. It should be noted that in no way have we compromised our core company values or quality. Ron showed us where the money was and how to keep it in the company. Perhaps even more importantly was the freedom we have gained from some of the efficiencies Ron helped us to implement.

Ron, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed our course last week. I have always felt sales and marketing to be an integral part of any business, however you taught us how to input that philosophy into our daily operations. I now view every transaction with a customer as an opportunity to provide them with a top quality service and a valued product.
I must say, I experienced a bit of a paradigm shift in my view of selling. Instead of having clients to support my business and grow my profit, I now have a desire to educate prospects on their purchase and give them the tools they need to make an educated and informed decision on their purchase, even if this means losing a client.
I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy reading the articles published in the Plumbing and HVAC Product News written by Ronald Coleman. The content in these articles relates to many companies such as mine. The information pertains to most companies, can be used as a tool to set their own goals and targets in trying to achieve better results.
